The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms are very clean and organized which provides a comfortable and relaxing experience. My massage therapist listened to my concerns and used the perfect pressure for an awesome feel good massage.

Jack is my Massage therapist, and I always feel very relaxed and calm, I could literally fall asleep, during the massage. He is awesome, and gives a great massage. My body feels very relaxed when he is finished. I have joint pain due to arthritis. So the massage is a well deserved and needed treat for my body. Please share comments with Jack. I think Hand and Stone is great but Jack my massage therapist, in the Emerson location my is really what keeps me going back. He is kind, knowledgeable and I have no idea how, but each massage is a bit different and only keeps getting better. I hope he never leaves, he is amazing at what he does and it has helped both my aches and pains and my mental health. I can’t say enough about him. He deserves to be recognized by Hand and Stone as an exceptional employee.
