Extremely good facial

Mostly because of my esthetician , Marisol.

I am a former member of Hand and Stone. I dropped out during the pendemic. My massage was because of a gift card my son presented to me. My only complant is; Why am I required to give my credit card number by phone when informing Head and Stone that I have a gift card.

My aesthetician had an emergency and I was able to have an appointment at the same time with another clinician.

always a great experience. staff is supper friendly. place is clean. never had a bad service. always happy with my services.

Massage helps keep my back in check. Facials are wonderful.

The reception area is very well kept and clean. Marisol is a great aesthetician! She’s explains everything before she does it. I appreciate that. She’s always very friendly and happy.

Marisol is amazing. She knew how to help me with the redness and irritation on my skin. She made sure to guide me with a product to help with the redness and dryness.

Dissatisfied that I could not get an appt in Dec Jessie the therapist I use was all booked up I find that impossible as when I talked with her she said the Fri after thanksgiving she was pretty much free. Then when I ended session and tried to book appt all of a sudden she had nothing available for the month Then trying to log on for last 2. Days but get message email or password is invalid
