The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming. I can't remember the name of lady who helped me (curly hair, dark complexion, well-spoken), but she was subtle with the sale and got me to sign up for the membership. Excellent job!

I enjoy going to Vicki because she personalizes the massages to cater to where the pain is in my body.
