I look forward to my monthly massages at Hand & Stone because the customer care and massage experience are top rate. The individuals at the front desk are always pleasant and helpful. My masseuse, Yee is extremely talented and patient in her approach. She always takes the time to make sure I am comfortable and that she is using the oils I prefer. Yee has the ability to find tension in my body that I didn't realize I had and melt it away. She also takes special consideration to honor my requests as to areas I need more work or areas to avoid because they may be sensitive at a given session. She always makes my massage a pleasant and relaxing experience.

I have been a member for a few years and have always been very pleased with the service I have received! I have had a few types of facials and the hot towel foot massage.

I was very satisfied overall but I feel sometimes at the 50 minute mark everything stops. I have been to other places where the massage is a full hour. This would make my satisfaction even greater.
