I thought my massage therapist was friendly, professional and talented. My shoulder felt better when she was done.

Ashley Flood is an incredible esthetician and I rave about her all the time! She listens to her clients, she makes recommendations based off uses and not cost, she truly is there for her clients. In regards to reception desk- I do have to mention that I’ve been there 3 times on a Sunday, and they did not have change for tipping. If someone has multiple 20s and no change at the front desk, they risk the client not tipping enough due to that reason. Last time I went, they had prepared but it did happen a few times so wanted to mention it.

I was greeted when I entered the store and my was encouraged to sit/relax while waiting. I used the rest room, and it was spotless. I like that instead of paper towels, wash clothes are available for hand drying. My therapist, Kate, is always on time, greets me warmly, and asks if there are special areas on which she should focus. She is so talented as a massage therapist. She gets out the knots and relaxes the rest of my body. She is experienced and professional. 5 stars for Kate. When my appointment is finished, she greets me outside the room with water and we discuss my areas of tightness and how to relieve them before my next massage. Next I go to the front, check out, and book my next appointment. Easy peasy. I leave feeling relaxed and happy.

My facial was a great experience. I was recommended products without the esthetician being pushy for a sale. She was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable.

My message therapist Jen C., always remembers what I needed worked on during my session and always asks if there is anything in particular I would like her to concentrate on. She is very good at what she does.

Everyone in the East Windsor store is very friendly. Amanda is very knowledgeable about skin issues and she works to try to help my facial redness.
