Nataliya is amazing, friendly and very knowledgeable. Great massage. Nataliya is an excellent massage therapist. She is very professional, friendly and courteous. I get really bad lower back pain and after my session it is mostly gone. Would definitely recommend. My overall experience was peaceful and very relaxing treatment.

Nalalia was the best massage therapist I have had in my more than five years of membership. She was amazing. Not sure what was the receptionist's name on that day (Aug 16th, 2022), but she was also awesome and super nice. Thanks for a great experience

Wonderful experience every time I visit.

From the time I made the appointment to the actual appointment, I was very satisfied with the appearance of the waiting area and massage rooms. I walked away from the massage feeling relaxed and better in those areas the masseuse spent time on. When it was over I made an appointment for my next massage. I enjoyed the whole experience.

Everyone was so friendly! The reception area was inviting. Loved my facial!

Chastity is an excellent massage therapist and a lovely person. The only problem I have is getting an appointment because she is so popular! The one change in the lobby that I don't like is the new tip suggestions. I think I tip well, but those are far beyond the % that are industry standard and make me feel like I'm cheap. I increased my tips a lot during the pandemic because I know things were hard, but I don't think I should have to continue that now.

It is always a pleasure to be massaged at this organization. I really enjoy the conversations I have with chasity. Overall it is always great

I thought Melissa was very personable and sweet..She did a very good job with the products and the facial felt so good and my skin looked good after . She answered any of my questions to her ability ...very sweet young lady..
