I had the first appt. and there wasn't toilet paper on the holder, it was empty. I found a roll in cabinet and was able to use that.

Have been using same person for massage and she knows the pressure, location, special needs (ie: hands and feet). The music was not interesting but I was there for relaxation and relief of pain, and both are usually accomplished. I prefer no conversations and she accomodates me.
