I've been a member of Hand and Stone for over a year now. I've gone to several different therapists and unfortunately struggled to find one that was a good fit for me. Recently, the therapist I was scheduled with had called out, so the receptionist called and asked if it would be OK to book me with Hanna instead. I accepted the request, and I am so glad I did! Hanna is absolutely wonderful. I am under constant stress in my life, and these appointments with Hanna have allowed me to experience a relaxation I've never been able to experience otherwise. I get relief from the extreme tension in my shoulders, which is a big deal for me. I generally have a difficult time relaxing, but this isn't the case when I've been in Hanna's care. I am so grateful to have finally found someone who can give me a break from life and from the constant state of discomfort I'm in from my muscle tension. I would also like to comment that the ladies at the front desk are always friendly and warm. They always help to make my experience a good one!

I am always made to feel comfortable and relaxed. it is always clean and maintained. I am not rushed at all.

My Therapist was excellent and she helped me reduce the pains in the upper back shoulders and neck. She also identified problem areas and worked on loosening up my tight muscles. I definitely look forward to more sessions to achieve better comfort n reduced pain in my day-to-day life.

Reception was pleasant and I was seen right way. Massage was relaxing and comfortable. Everything was smooth and efficient, would recommend!
