Erika is a great Aesthetician and the reason why I keep my membership and keep coming back. I should be cutting down on expenses, but I will not cancel this membership due to this Hand and Stone. Gizelle is also a great Masseuse. I am happy I found a great masseuse and aesthetician so close to my work. Everyone there is great, even the front desk personnel. Thank you for great service every time!

First the receptionist alway make me feel welcome and some welcome me by name which is nice to be recognized. My massage therapist, Jen, always asked me what I need for her to pay extra attention to. Jen makes me feel relaxed and comfortable. She also check with me during my massage to se if the pressure is too much or not enough,

My massage was extremely relaxing. The therapist addressed my need for more focus on my back due to back pain and stiffness. I left feeling relaxed and with less back discomfort.

Staff is so friendly and welcoming. I feel instantly relaxed when I walk through the door. The heated neck wrap was extra special and most of all Ashley is a superstar! She’s the best I’ve ever had for a facial. She’s so positive, kind and knowledgeable!
