Hand and Stone

This was my first appointment with Chastity, my regular therapist had changes in her schedule due to her children's school covid policies shifting constantly. Chastity was excellent! She made me feel at ease, asked about my needs, and is super-knowledgable which is evident as she works away my knots etc. I got deep tissue and it was the best I've ever had. I will be going back soon. The woman at the front desk was friendly and explained everything, from the covid form to the B2GO promotion.

Hanna is the best. She pays attention to my requests.

I’ve always been satisfied with my facial services, no matter which lady provided them. The hot mist and cooling face products are wonderful. As are the neck and shoulder massages. Very relaxing.

It was very welcoming and relaxing for someone who’s never gotten a massage before in their life. I was very pleased walking in to an environment for once in my life with a lower volume level, and immediately I knew I made the right choice. Thank you guys so much it was a great experience!

Hanna is great. She concentrates on the areas I request, that need emphasis, and works to get all the "knots" out. I realize that starting on-time largely depends on how long guests take to leave the room after their massage. So, if a message starts a few minutes late, I don't find fault with Hand & Stone (or the therapist).

She was very capable. She made my skin look better. She was knowledgeable.

Hana is always terrific. She gives a quality massage and I always leave relaxed. She is the reason I come and I really hope her manager knows shes the reason I come.
