The check-in is quick and the agents are friendly, organized and professional. They make you feel very welcome and are very accommodating. The masseuse was excellent and concentrated on those areas I specified when I started with her. I was very satisfied with my massage and the whole experience.

My high level of satisfaction is based on my massage therapist and how well she does at making me feel welcome, warm, comfortable and relaxed. With her there i can tolerate the blah of the receptionist. The receptionist is very competent and I appreciate that however I would not describe her as warm nor welcoming.
