Great to have my esthetician back! Jen, you’re the Best!

I had a mix up making my appointment, my fault entirely. In error I made the appointment with the E.B office. The receptionist made calls to cancel that appointment and I was able to have the appointment at the E. Windsor spa instead. I was very appreciative for her professionalism.

I am very satisfied with my appointment. The spa was clean and I felt very comfortable. There were not many clients in the waiting area. The esthetician called me in timely and was very friendly. She did a great job in making me feel relaxed.

The reception staff were very professional (there was a lady in there complaining about something and they were very polite - I even told them they are better than me because I would have lost it on the lady). :) My massage therapist was WONDERFUL! She worked diligently on the knots in my shoulders. I loved her so much that I already made my appointment for next month.

The therapist was very friendly and kind. She spent time on my problem areas. She made me feel comfortable.

The staff is very friendly. Chasity is my favorite therapist. I always feel more relaxed after a visit with her!

I like the esthetician (Amanda). She is very friendly and knowledgeable. My appointment with her, which was after my massage, actually started a few minutes early, which made up for my massage starting a few minutes late.

I always have a pleasant and relaxing experience due to staff expertise and knowledge. My comfort and needs are always given top priority. I would highly recommend Hand and Stoneas always
