The appointment was started on time with little wait time, maybe 3-5 min. Aimee was extremely effective in getting rid of the knots in my shoulders and back. She used the proper pressures to make me feel great!

Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. My therapist, in my opinion, is exceptional. I can let him know if there seems to be a problem in a specific area and he will address that. Because of his skill he can often feel the areas where there are "knots" in the muscles that need to be worked out and he works on them until they have dissipated. The room is always comfortable and the table temperature is adjusted to my liking that day. If I feel like chatting he will chat, and if not, he won't. I find the music relaxing.

Ross was my massage therapist. He listened to my concerns and adjusted the massage accordingly.

Inga was just fantastic. She is very sweet and friendly and she worked hard to release the very very tight knots in my neck and shoulders. I did have a $5 coupon and asked the receptionist what add on services I could get and she didn't know and had to look them up. She mentioned a eucalyptus service and I asked her what it was and she had no idea and wasn't able to tell me. she finally looked it up on the website and read it to me, but I had already chosen the deep tissue option.

Always a very enjoyable experience! I am always warmly greeted as I walk in the door. I never have to wait and Hannah is the absolute best. I look forward to my appointment each and every month. Hannah is knowledgeable and the products used are wonderful.
