All staff members are always very friendly. They make me feel like a valued customer and always make me feel important.

The massage was just what I needed. My massage therapist was awesome. I left feeling great.

The experience was relaxing, informative, and overall left with a great feeling. I feel more knowledgeable about products and other services available to me in the future. Also, loved that products were explained to me one on one and didn’t feel pressured to buy anything.

I accidentally book the wrong type of massage and the therespist was amazing and was able to accommodate exactly what I needed!

Ilona is the reason I have a membership to Hand and Stone. Ilona is so knowledgeable, kind, funny, and does the best facial.

Both my aesthetician and masseuse we’re friendly and knowledgeable. They catered to specific requests. They kept to the 50 minute timeframe, whereas other locations have cut my time to 40-45 minutes.

I have been coming here for years. Aimee is the best. I travel over 30 minutes to get a massage by her, when I could go to any number of closer locations.

Kelly is great. It’s close to my home. It helps my tight muscles.
