Overall the experience was great. The reception was clean and welcoming, the ambiance in the massage room was relaxing, and Kelly did a great job.

I always have a great experience at Hand and Stone from the time I walk in and am greeted by the receptionist, through my service - massage or facial and to the end at check out. All of the employees are always warm and welcoming. Derbe is my massage therapist and Ilona is my esthetician and they NEVER disappoint. Every visit is customized 100% to my needs. The facility is always super clean; lobby, bathroom, massage and facial rooms and it always smells great!

Helps alleviate pain in neck and back

I go to this location strictly for George, the massage therapist. He is the best ever!!!!

Inga asked if there were any specific areas that needed attention before getting started. She spent ample time on my upper back and neck and asked if the pressure she was using was good. She encouraged me to stretch at home to help relax the tension until next visit.

It was nearly a year since my last massage due to an accident and illnesses...I really missed them. I understand I have 12 massages backed up so have a 3 month freeze again. I wish my therapist had more hours as my next appointment isn't until after Thanksgiving.

The staff was very nice and helpful when I had a issue with a gift card.
