Hand and Stone

The therapist was excellent and make my back and neck pain go away!

Usually the appointments do not start on time. There have been times that I have lost massage time because of this, which I do not think is fair at all. I should still receive the full 50 minute massage but I also shouldn't have to wait. With that being said, I have been to a bunch of Hand and Stone's and this is by far the best. My massage therapist is amazing and I will travel the extra 30 minutes to this specific location.

Warm reception and GREAT massage therapist~

I can't speak highly enought about Derbe. He is knowledgeable and emathetic. He puts a client at ease and pays attention to any questions or concerns he or I, as individuals, have. The rest of the staff are wonderful. Samantha at the desk is wonderful and able to ask even the most seemingly remote question quickly and efficiently and always with a smile.

Great spa-- everyone very accommodating. Aimee (massage therapist) was really fabulous and knowledgeable! I'll be back!!

Excellent massage. All of the employees I dealt with were superior. I wish the monthly fee was less. What especially annoys me is that I have to use two, one hour visits if I want a 90 minute massage. That's a rip off.

I find it very friendly and feel it is personalized. I saw a different therapist but was greeted warmly by my usual one and receptionist kept me in conversation and entertained while waiting for my appt.

Everyone was friendly and the facility is clean and inviting.
