My therapist was very nice and did a great job. My goal was to be relaxed and she did just that. The room was very comfortable and met my needs completely.

First let me state that I think Derby is amazing. Obviously he was booked all day and some of customers may have been late in arriving. That's fine. I just would have appreciated the receptionists letting me know that he was running behind. Instead, the waiting area empties (except for me) and no one says anything despite it being 10 minutes into my appointment time.

The staff is very personable and accommodating, and the massage itself was a positive experience.

My massage therapist, Cindy, is excellent at her craft. She knows how to identify the problem areas and work them through. She makes suggestions on what to do after the appointment to promote wellness. The staff is always friendly, welcoming and accommodating, and the spa atmosphere is very soothing.

My esthetician is wonderful. I am always relaxed in the Hand and. stone environment.

The reception area is always warm and welcoming. Veronica, my therapist, never disappoints. She has great knowledge and experience and always satisfies my special needs. I plan to go back again and again.

Mary did an excellent job with my massage, and my special request for attention to my right shoulder. I would highly recommend Mary!

The reception staff is EXCEPTIONAL. I am there often, and they all know me by name. They talk to me and show interest in me, and also open up about their own lives. It makes it very comfortable coming and going. I highly recommend this location to anyone I can!

I have physical issues due to Rheumatoid auto immune disease. Derbe understands how to work with me to reduce pain and increase mobility. Also the staff here could not be any nicer.
