Appointment started on time and was super relaxing. The therapist listened and really focused on the area I asked them to. He was super friendly and checked in throughout the session.

Everyone is always nice from the moment I walk in the door until I leave. Inga it great.

The staff was vey friendly and kind. The aesthetician made sure to address problem areas and kept me informed on the procedures the whole time.

I have been a member for manu years. The service has always been excellent. At times scheduling can be difficult. I try and stay ahead. Russ and Dan do excellent work. Samantha at front desk is wonderful.

The entire staff is amazing from front desk to all of the amazing professional massage therapists and facial people! I adore INGA (absolutely AMAZING!) and HANNAH (my facials are SO great!!)

Both reception and the two masseuse(es?) I use are awesome. Samantha and Kelly are always friendly and helpful in booking my appointments as well as confirming prior. Dan and Ross are magic! Each time I leave I 1) want to sleep in the room! 2) can walk and move with ease. They ALWAYS listen to what I need and do what I ask. My knees are so bad but I am able to walk just fine after my appointment and I can't even do that after meds! Truly a great find. I DO tell everyone about H&S and the only reason I wouldn't go is money (it is not always readily available).
