Service was phenomenal. Val is super knowledgeable and was able to answer in full detail questions I had. She even suggested and was able to show me some stretches I can do at home to improve issues. She made me feel super comfortable, great experience & very professional.

From the owner, Mary Pat, to the front desk employees, and of course the massage therapist, they all are genuinely nice, warm, and friendly people! They treat me like we've been friends for years!!! And you know what?!? We have been!

The massage therapist was fabulous. She did my whole body, and also targeted specific areas in which I was experiencing discomfort. She used a perfect amount of pressure to work on my body and was able to provide great relief. My appt. was scheduled for 4 p.m. Unfortunately I didn't have time to even stop at Dunkin' to get something to eat or drink, and I hadn't had anything at all that day. I was starting to get a headache and when I arrived I asked the front desk if they had a cracker, cookie, or something, and they only had mints. Shortly thereafter one of the women asked me if I liked Babybel cheese. She offered to give me a few of them. I said one would be more than enough and I was so grateful, as I was starting to get light headed. I thought that was super nice of her. I live in the Huntingdon Valley area and had called the Willow Grove and Huntingdon Valley location first. I wanted to be seen ASAP, but I also had some time constraints. When I called Warrington they had exactly what I needed. I had won a gift card from a radio station to Hand and Stone. The reason I wrote I most likely wouldn't return is because I have a massage therapist I see monthly who is wonderful.
