Hand and Stone

This appointment was the result of a cancellation. Due to illness I had needed to cancel my appointment the week prior. The receptionist that took my cancellation put me on a list for future cancellations with my preferred massage therapist. Four days later I was contacted to rebook as my therapist had a cancellation for the next day. Super customer service! My massage with Inga was great - it always is. She always listens to which problem areas need to be worked on and delivers a quality, relaxing experience.

I enjoy my time with Karen. She always asks if there are areas I want her to focus on. She is such a nice, caring person.

I came in for a facial appointment, the appointment was on time. I felt relaxed and welcomed. I will definitely make another facial appointment soon.

I always see Sandi who is extremely knowledgeable about my skin condition, the treatments and products, and has significantly improved problem areas.

Reception area is always very clean and has a friendly atmosphere. My therapist was great, starting out with gentle pressure to relax my back muscles and offering a few new pressure points, wishing my experience was not over!

I was not able to book an appointment on the web site. It was telling me there was an appointment available but would not allow me to complete the booking. I call and was warmly greeted ant the receptionist was able to book me for another date. I was using a gift card I received when I purchased one for my sister as a Christmas present.

Everything went according to my expectations. I came out relaxed.

The massage helped the areas that were bothering me. The massage therapist knew how to zero in on those areas that needed to be massaged. I felt so much better after my massage.
