It is always a pleasurable experience at the Warrington facility. Everyone is very nice and very professional.

People were nice on the phone when booking the appointment. Receptionist was really nice, answered all my questions about other services once I got to the spa. Message therapist greeted me in a friendly manner and was on time. There was light music playing and no bright lights in the room. Dan was my therapist and did a great job hitting my really sore, tense spots in my back. I felt very relaxed and that I definitely had something accomplished by his service. I look forward to seeing Dan again.

This was my first full massage. My daughter scheduled for me because I was having an issue with headaches. Valarie was right on time and asked about any problem areas. She really focused on what would help my headache while still completing the full massage. Great job communicating what she was doing and asking if pressure was appropriate. Great experience!!

Hannah has been taking care of my skin issues for awhile. I always trust her judgement on the type of facial that would best address my skin issues, dryness and hyperpigmentation. She explains each step of the facial and the products being used. She has also recommended products for home use, which I’ve purchased at Hand and Stone, to address the issues at home in between facials.

Love Amy- she does my facials each visit. Samantha at front desk always very professional and friendly. My appointments are on time- don’t ever have to wait.
