I love hand & stone. I never leave my massage session unsatisfied! I enjoy my membership there and will continue going & will definitely recommend my friends!

I absolutely love going to INGA, my massage therapist at this Hand and Stone. She is so professional and amazing! I am a regular client and the front staff/manager are so welcoming! I tell all my friends to go to this H&S and if they need a massage INGA is the person to go as long as I still can get an appointment - lol!!

Inga is fantastic - great skill matched with a great personality. Recently, scheduling was changed to only phone for Inga which is disappointing. It was much better being able to schedule Inga online so that I can check my work schedule against her schedule. Please bring it back!

Sandi designed an exceptional treatment for me and thoroughly explained my skin issues as well as steps to resolve them. She answered all my questions and was extremely informative and knowledgeable. She also walked me through a skin care regimen to improve my complexion. Sandi is highly professional and friendly making my first visit very satisfying. I signed up for recurring facials monthly.

I am disappointed because there are not enough massage therapists so I may have to look some where else. I tried to book my next massage and there were no appointments.

Susan is an excellent massage therapist. Despite me passing two Hand and Stone's within ten minutes of my house, I travel 35 minutes to this specific Hand and Stone for her. Also, Samantha called me directly to help me schedule this appointment because Susan doesn't have a lot of openings on her schedule. Samantha worked her magic to find me a 2 hour appointment within my time frame. An outstanding massage from Susan and excellent customer service experience from Samantha. It's well worth the 70 minute round trip

From the time I booked my treatment until the moment I walked back out the door ... I was very pleased. My facial was the best ... and my skin still looks great ... a day later. Thank you Amy!

My massage therapist always does a wonderful job. The pressure is absolutely amazing. I upgraded to Himalayan salt stone massage and it was unbelievably relaxing. The hot stones with the perfect pressure of the massage were just what I needed to relax.
