Ross, is hands down, no pun intended, the best massage therapist I have experienced to date and I’ve had many massages. I am under a great deal of stress, have suffered back pain, shoulder, pain, issues with my hands, muscle cramps in my legs and had intense relief. Ross is very respectful and kind and highly affective.

Staff is always friendly and, if the date I need is not available they help me find something that accommodates my crazy schedule. They're very patient. The massage therapist makes me feel comfortable and always listens to any concerns I have, especially with focusing on my carpal tunnel and shoulders/arms/hands. The massage always helps the pain, numbness, and tingling go away, even if it's just a short-term fix.

This massage was great. Aimee always does an excellent job. Sometimes she is running behind so I have to wait longer than I’d like. Also would like some different music besides the elevator music that is always in the room.
