I’ve been a member at this hand and stone location since 10/2015 and feel comfortable with the staff

Was greeted by name and was remember from a prior appointment. Was asked if I had any problem areas they needed to spend time on. Treated me with respect before, during and after appointment.

Very professional staff and caring therapists take care off all your needs. Being able to schedule online is huge as I don’t have time to get on the phone.

I was greeted right away by friendly staff and I loved all of the Christmas decorations. Norma was my therapist and she was very knowledgeable, outgoing, friendly and professional.

Everyone knowledgeable and courteous, room was nice and quiet, therapist friendly and knew what she was doing. Will return soon.

The technician was lovely and the time and care she spent on my face was relaxing. She was thorough and kept me informed as to what she was doing.

Ease of making appointments. Massage therapist is awesome and value is great.

I have had a membership for at least 5 years in the Goodyear location. Rebecca is my massage therapist and I believe that it is her expertise that has kept me off the surgeons' table so to speak. There is nothing for me to complain or criticize - the office staff are very nice, the environment is clean and neat and I have nothing but positives to say about Hand & Stone in Goodyear!

Finally found a massage therapist that can work out the aches and knots. I have waited a year to find the right replacement. Love the couples massage experience.
