Each of the therapists offer something different, as not all customers desire the same experience. The staff, if you ask, will recommend a therapist that will meet your desired experience. We both have our favorite therapist, and they are awesome. Keep up the good work.

I've had back pain and soreness for a couple of weeks. Elizabeth asked if there were any specific areas that I wanted her to focus on. I mentioned my back issues and said she could spend as much time of the 50 minutes as needed to get those kinks out. She seemed to immediate be able to pinpoint the areas, used the necessary pressure, and worked those areas until my time was up. I was sore the next day (a good sore) and can move pain-free again!

Seeing the same therapist regularly allows her to focus on my problem areas and really takes care of things.

Nora was pleasant and applied the right level of firmness. I was in terrible shoulder pain and it took a while to find the source. she finally found it toward the end of the hour. I will remember that location for next time. So far each visit has been a great experience.

The people are super friendly. I had to wait about 10 min because the wax was not ready. I didn't love waiting but appreciated the fact that they wanted to get it right. They were very nice and apologetic that they kept me waiting.

Mark is excellent and he front desk is well run. I have been using H & S for over a year and I appreciate there the wait time is minimal and there is always water for me at the end of my massage.
