Hand and Stone

I have had a membership for at least 5 years in the Goodyear location. Rebecca is my massage therapist and I believe that it is her expertise that has kept me off the surgeons' table so to speak. There is nothing for me to complain or criticize - the office staff are very nice, the environment is clean and neat and I have nothing but positives to say about Hand & Stone in Goodyear!

Finally found a massage therapist that can work out the aches and knots. I have waited a year to find the right replacement. Love the couples massage experience.

My usual therapist moved. I have tried 3 other therapists since her departure, and after my massage yesterday I have found my new therapist. She was highly technical and for the first time ever I was able to shut my mind off completely and almost fell asleep. I felt amazing after my CBD massage treatment with Kat.

The Hand & Stone is always a treat. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is clean and refreshing. The wall waterfall is an especially nice addition to begin the pre-relaxation.

This was my first time in my entire life to ever receive a facial. I was given a giftcard and decided to use it. I did some searching and Hand & Stone spa was in my top three. I read the reviews For all 3 spas and Jand & Dyone spa was my choice. My massage therapist was Julena. She was amazing. To prepare me for each phase of my facial, she explained what was going to happen and then proceeded to slightly touch my shoulder to let me know she was a out to begin, which made me comfortable. I am 1000% satisfied with the service at Hand & Stone Spa. Julena, I'm coming in next month and I will take care of you then. Thank you for giving me my very first and making it a positive experience. The Spa is clean & has a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was welcoming and helpful. I'm so glad I went. (posted this on YELP)
