I always receive a relaxing, perfect massage when I visit the Goodyear location. Rebecca Bowman is an excellent therapist who consistently demonstrates her knowledge of how to ease tension and stress. I am never disappointed!

I absolutely LOVED my therapist Janice that I saw yesterday. She was kind, knowledgeable and VERY, VERY good at her job. The massage that I received yesterday was one of the best, if not the best, massages that I have ever gotten. She is definitely who I will go to at the Goodyear location from now on!

My experience at Hand and Stone is always very satisfying. The only thing I found this time was the room was cold, otherwise everything was great as usual.

I typically see Persicela whom I am very satisfied with. She is very friendly and uses just the right pressure with focus on problem areas. However, Presicela was not available for my last appointment so my massage was with Andrea. Andrea was very friendly and professional it did not use firm pressure that was needed to relieve tension in problem areas even after being asked. I will definitely continue to visit Hand & Stone but will only request a therapist that can address my needs.

I told the massage person my shoulder and neck area are my worst area. She spent the time needed to get my shoulder and neck lose. I will defiantly go back to see her.

I had hoped to get an appointment within the next 90 minutes and was pleased that they were able to accommodate me. Since the massage therapist was not my usual, I was not sure what to expect but I needn't have worried. She was very good and now I have the option of 2 excellent therapists when I need to make an appointment. Rebecca was right on time, firendly, knowledgeable and was able to zero in on the amount of pressure I found most comfortable.
