Hand and Stone

First time in a long time! Hope to come more often!

I have been using the Goodyear Hand and Stone spa almost since they opened. The management of this spa is outstanding.

My therapist Larissa gave the best massage I have experienced ever -- the right pressure in the right spots -- and I felt like a million bucks after the session.

Mark always listens and helps to relieve any aches or pain I may have.

I've had quite a few massages and H&S, and the quality of the masseuses varies enormously. I've had some very unsatisfactory massages, and unfortunately, just when I find one who's really good and effective, it seems their employment ends. I've been going to Pricillia (sp?) for the last several times, and continue to go to her because she is VERY good. H&S is lucky to have her. Please do what it takes to keep her in your employ.

Larissa is fantastic. I request her every time and recommend her to all my friends. She is not chatty and does a fantastic job on my back. We cover what I want in the beginning and it always goes just as requested. Thank you Larissa for being one of the best!

I was greeted by a nice friendly person and offered something cool to drink. Very professional from the front desk personnel to the aesthetician and beyond. Cleanliness and fresh clean premises mean a whole lot to me.

Ease of making an appointment. Treatment rooms and restrooms are always clean and the microdermabrasion and facial was great.

Happy with the whole process except they do spend a lot of time looking at the screen. Is the software hard to use, work slowly. I know they are knowledgeable employees.

I like the ambiance of the spa. My facial was relaxing.
