The message therapist is very skilled. Appointments run on time The management is able to recommend a therapist that will meet the needs of the client.

I am generally satisfied with the therapists I have used over the years at this Hand and Stone, but with Angelica I am supremely satisfied. She is wonderful. She keeps on schedule so that she is never racing the clock to get my full body massage done and therefore needing to skimp on some areas. She paces herself, has magic hands, and always finished off with a few minutes of a most amazing head massage. Also, last month when I couldn't get an appointment on the day I wanted, I decided to try out Massage Envy since I hadn't been there for years. Big mistake. I remembered why I stopped going there. They gave me a hard sell right there in front of everyone waiting. The girl actually came out from behind the desk and squatted down in front of me and was actually challenging my decisions. I went from all relaxed from my massage to stressed and annoyed. That's never happened to me at Hand and Stone. They only discussed membership when I asked about it and when I wanted to discontinue there was no problem. Hand and Stone is classy and serves all my needs.

Therapist (Amber) was very soft spoken creating a relaxing environment, minimal talking during the session (which I like). She used techniques I haven't seen before and really focused on the areas that were a concern to me. Receptionist was friendly, knowledgeable and quick with my check in/ check out.

My masseus Norma was highly skilled, warm and professional. Hand & Stone in general is also kind and professional. I enjoy my membership - thank you!
