Very enjoyable, relaxing. Returning for a facial next week.

Was disappointed that receptionist didn’t know I had been there in past. My visit was exceptional and Oksana was excellent and professional in making me feel very comfortable in my 1st visit.

The Hand and Stone in Goodyear, Arizona works in a professional customer oriented manner. They were able to book me an appointment with a very knowledgeable Oncology Massage Therapist, during my visit to Arizona. She worked on my shoulders, arms, back and neck where I have been experience extreme pain and discomfort for over a year. Within three visits, Percelia was able to work out the problems and I am 99 percent pain free. She is an expert at her profession and it is only a reflection of a terrific business she works for. I wish her and this Hand and Stone location much success and that others will go and experience the same.

Overall, the experience was awesome. I did not have to wait very long to get into my room and the massage was great. The masseuse did a great job getting the knots out of my back.

I love going to the Hand and Stone in Goodyear. The receptionists are always so friendly and helpful. The owners are friendly and helpful. Kaleena is the best! I’ve been seeing her ever since I signed up for my membership. She always know what I need and My body feels good after every massage.

I had been having back pain issues and the therapist was excellent at addressing my problems. The salon is always on time and I appreciate not having to wait. I think the staff is terrific!
