Feel comfortable with the massage therapist

Kate is amazing at what she does. I am able to relax and enjoy the experience.

I think the massage experience could benefit from using a few drops of essential oil on the face pillow. It smells nice and can help the individual receiving the massage relax more depending on what oil is used.

I was in a lot of pain from an injury, when I came in and my massage therapist listened to my needs and was able to help relieve some of the pain. Also she was very knowledgeable about my muscles and gave me suggestions on how to deal with my muscle pain.
