Excellent massage therapist/esthetician welcoming atmosphere

I had an amazing experience, both the massage therapist as well as the esthetician were both very friendly and attentive to my needs as well as questioned my comparability through out the process. Both of the rooms where the services were preformed were calming and very clean, as well as the lobby room. I will continue to use this location for my spa needs.

I felt better after the massage and the therapist understood my issues with Fibro and neck problems and did not end up hurting me.

Upon arrival the receptionist was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Since this was my first experience with a professional message, I was very pleased with the professionalism of the therapist in making me feel comfortable. I didn't feel pressured into any products or services and the staff knew exactly what things would benefit me the most.

When I walked in the door, they knew my name and I've only been there once before. I felt relaxed while waiting. Mark is very calming and soothing which helps me with my stress points.

I have been using Hand and Stone almost from their opening in Goodyear always very satisfied. This is a well managed spa.

Very satisfied with my new experience. Invited my mom a,d sister to come too. Women's restroom was occupied so I used the men's room. There was urine all over the floor. ( not your fault- just messy people!) I notified my esthetitian, who notified the clerks at the front desk to attend to it.

Mark is the best therapist I've ever had

I have been receiving massages @ Hand & Stone for over 2 years and have never had a 'bad' massage. The staff are friendly & knowledgeable and Rebecca is an amazing massage therapist. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
