The therapists are highly intuitive as well as technically exact as to methods of providing relief and relaxation. As soon as you enter the salon, you can feel that the company is dedicated to customer satisfaction. It is always clean, neat and pleasing.

I have been experiencing shoulder and back pain for quite a while. My shoulder and back were extremely tight. After the session was completed, my pain and tightness was significantly reduced. Norma is the best massage therapist I've worked with, I highly recommend booking an appointment to see her.

I was given my usual massage therapist, Renee, without having to ask for her specifically. It has been a few months since I visited due to traveling, it was nice to be remembered and taken care of with great customer service.

Issues: There is no way to verify that your massage therapist received your gratuity when left cash in an envelope. Also, since having had errors made in a gift card purchased last year, I will not buy a gift card unless I am able to see it in my profile and with an assigned number attached. I cannot rely on staff and/or ownership to do the transaction correctly without the ability to track transactions myself. Too many ways for office staff and ownership to say something happened with no secondary tracking system in place.

Front staff was very welcoming. I only waited maybe 1 minute in the waiting area. Massage therapist was very focused on the areas I requested the most work. I'm a happy customer!

Excellent care and customer service by the esthetitian. She took time and effort to make me comfortable and answered all questions completely.
