Treatment room was soothing and clean. I was only there for a lash tint but was treated as though I was there for a much more expensive service.

The owner is very helpful and attentive to detail. The terms of the membership are somewhat flexible and they make it easy to personalized. I like being able to "give" a visit now and then to my husband or roll it over without a fee. I hope that doesn't change.

I love Ocsana. She gives the best facial I have ever had.

I've been going to this location for a few years. My therapist, Hillary is very good at getting the knots out of my back and she also gives an awesome relaxation body massage. And Tracie told me about a bonus point system that I wasn't aware of as I was leaving. I always recommend Hand & Stone.

The receptionist was friendly and very helpful to me. Norma and Erin gave great service and I will use them both again. Both of them listened to my needs. Norma got out my knots and Erin took care of some extractions that I need. It was an extremely relaxing day!

My massage began on time. The therapist asked about my expectations for this visit. She mentioned information received from my prior visits.
