I would go more frequently if deals were offered more such as the March special for 49.99.

My therapist got me right on time, asked about areas of concentration. She was nice enough to add some peppermint oil to the pillow which was a simple way to enhance the experience. It also seemed like she used a better quality lotion rather than just oil. Lastly the order in which she massaged was more enjoyable (back, right arm, more back, left arm...leg then foot before moving on to the other leg/foot. It was more enjoyable this way.

My only criticism in general is high turn over rate of therapists. This is like my 6th therapist, but he's been there the longest and hopefully won't leave. Mark was outstanding.

I've been a member before but due to finances I wasn't able to continue. With my last two visit I met Clarissa, she's totally amazing, she was so great, I renewed my membership.

The massage therapist was very good and knew how to help my issue with my neck. He used the right pressure and used the proper technique. I don't like to talk during my time I like to explain my issue once and relax the rest of the time and this therapist was perfect he ask once and went to work. This seems petty but I like my room to smell like a spa and this room smelled like a normal room so a spritz of some essential oil would be nice just to put you in the zen mood.
