I mentioned to my therapist that my shoulders were my main concern and would like for her to work on them. Did not spend enough time on them and pressure was not satisfied.

1. It is unnecessary to ask the same questions at check in each month. (ie. Are you OK with glute work? Are you aware of the help button in the room? Do you prefer a quiet session?) As a long time member getting massages every 4 weeks, I would be happy to update my file and answer them once a year. 2. The carpet in the rooms is disgusting. It's old and there is always an excessive build up of dirt and dust in the corners. A professional cleaning service should be employed to keep the rooms spotless.

Liliana is a great therapist! She listens to your needs and really works on those areas. She also provides future recommendation on what to work on next appointment.

The ambience/ music has been an issue every time I come, no matter what room. Making it most difficult to relax.

I received a gift certificate that my daughter paid $109.95 for either a massage or a facial. I opted for the facial, which I was told was for a classic facial. I got the facial but was upgraded to a facial for rosacea issues, which I believe cost me $40.00 in an upcharge. This was my first time coming to your salon. A classic facial is only $79.95, so I should have been able to use $30.00 of my gift card toward the upgrade and then pay the additional $10.00 out of pocket. But that was not the case, I had to use my entire gift certificate and pay $40.00 more on top of that. The facial ended up costing me over $149.00. I have to be honest, the facial was nice but I feel like I was cheated on the entire cost.

I made the appointment in person asking for a 90 minute massage with someone who could do deep tissue. I was booked for a 60 minute massage with Nikki who told me she could offer firm pressure but not deep tissue. Nikki’s firm pressure was just what I needed, and she was excellent. I’ve already booked another appointment with Nikki.

It was just an ok experience with the therapist. Won’t use her again. Normally I’m there at night and use a different therapist (Daniel) but needed a morning spot this time around just glad this wasn’t my first experience

It was satisfactory, not extraordinary

I have not been able to find the best therapist for over a year after the one I had left last summer. I have tried several different therapists & either they talk the entire time and massage isn’t good or they don’t talk at all which I prefer but the pressure is way too hard even after asking to reduce the pressure. I have not had a very relaxing massage since I can remember.
