Very good but not perfect

The therapist was really good. I waited what felt like 10 mins, it could've been less, but it felt long before he came to get me. I'd also recommend an oil diffuser or something similar for the room to keep the air from getting dry. Another thing, please explain clearly if any services are extra like deep tissue. Overall the massage was really good, keep it up. Thank you

My score does not negatively reflect on the quality of service I received. In any service organization, there is always room for improvement. Consider my response as being that I was not disappointed with the level of service I received.

I was satisfied just leaving the state for a few months

I will leave Hand and Stone if my massage therapist leaves. Massage therapist is the only reason I continue coming back two times per month.

Too many scheduling and staffing changes. I keep getting calls to move my scheduled times to make it easier for the staff rather than me, the customer

The pressure was perfect for the first half of my message, but as the second half progressed, the pressure got firmer & firmer. My therapist was extremely professional & pleasant, though a bit hard to understand, so it may just have been a language barrier, plus I'm very hard of hearing, so I may have answered her questions to me wrong. I really did enjoy my message! Thank you !

I keep being told to try things without it being fully disclosed that they will cost extra. A previous appointment I was told they recommended hot stone and I said okay, then got charged without realizing it was something I was going to be charged for. Then I left they said, mention trigger points next time you come. So at my following appointment, I did, and again at the end at checkout I'm paying for another upgrade that I didn't know about.

The room wasn't ready. Not cozy I don't remember it smelling really good. I think I used some of my time getting the process explained. A little pricey.

I was highly Satisfied with my service and experience at the Goodyear Hand and Stone. I really am highly satisfied with Valorie and Makenzie. They are the reason I keep going to them and at this Hand and Stone for Facials.
