Massage therapist did ok with my upper back, which is why I came in. Felt like she was just putting oil in the rest of my body, not actually massaging it. The receptionist pushing a membership on me when I checked out was rude and asked why. None of her business but told her I couldn’t afford it, she kept pushing it. Ruined any part of the relaxing massage I had just received. Unfortunately, knowing I will be harassed to get a membership every time I come in to get a massage, I will not be returning.

Making appointments for two people requesting specific therapists at about the same time is difficult (actually impossible on-line). The phone appointment clerk was ridiculously polite… this is not a compliment! Please…. Just listen to what I am wanting to schedule and quickly and efficiently tell me how you can best meet that request. I had the feeling I was talking to a call center rather than my local H&S. After three years I would expect that your computer prompts would help you know why we are calling , who we prefer as therapists, etc. The staff who usually greet us and make reservations have been great. Just the phone and on-line reservation process is difficult.

Very expensive to continue. Add on for trigger points. $200 enrollments fee excessive for future appts.

Our special needs son was using his last membership massage and the spa manager, according to our son’s attendant, was very rude and cold towards our son and she felt very uncomfortable with the way they were treated by the spa manager.

I’ve already typed this in once, so please ignore if it’s a repeat. The massage therapist in the room next-door was extremely loud and talked the entire 50 minutes of my massage time. I could hear every word he said, and every response from his client. They were discussing avatars and quantum leaps, etc. totally unnecessary!

Dislike the way H&S runs things .. I can use my money better at other places.

I loved my esthetician. She was knowledgeable friendly and I loved her service. I thought the service was extremely over priced . I paid almost 300 for a facial .

My appointment was for 1/4 past the hour, I was not escorted back until almost 1/2 past the hour. The therapist had to leave the room to attend to a coughing/sneezing fit for a particular amount of time, which is perfectly fine, however my appointment ended at its scheduled time. I feel like. I did not get my full time that I paid for. At no fault of the therapist, she was fantastic!

Refer back to the rewards comments. I love H&S. I send several people there and buy gc's for friends. Just frustrated with my last experience.
