Please get rid of having to sign the same form for every appointment. It puts a sour feel to the appointment yes it’s for safety but it’s repetition kills it making me think it needs to be said like the therapist are doing thing wrong that you need to continually remind me there’s a panic button

I could’ve used more attention to the area that I specified as needing the most attention. And there were areas that I didn’t need him to give attention to. It also would’ve been nice if the therapist used more oil/products.

The guess in the next room were loud. Not anyone specific fault just very thin walls. Also it sounds like the speaker system is broken ambient music was cracking the entire time.

There is always room for improvement. Everyone is cordial and professional but I consider "Highly Satisfied" as truly OUTSTANDING.

Was quite expensive

Membership price was raised $20 per month without even informing me. Extra charges are now applied for deep tissue massage. Apparently extra charges also apply for stretching. Seems very nickle and dime.

My appointments are continuously cancelled. Especially on Monday. Cancellations disrupt my personal schedule. You need to address staffing issues.

Was called in to come in earlier due to a cancellation before my appt but when I arrived the therapist was out on lunch. It was not her fault and she was not aware the receptionist called me to come in earlier. I would’ve kept my original check in time if that were the case though instead of rushing to come in sooner. Again, no fault to the therapist. Therapist is great, just sometimes feel like can’t get a full relaxation if conversating the entire session. I’ve tried a few other therapists and it just seems to happen with each therapist but do not want to come off as rude or make things awkward.
