Very relaxing and tranquil office. I felt comfortable with my estitician. I was happy with the experience

Availability. Sharing my massages with family members. Was told I get three per year. Found out later it is 3 per person. New management. Not as personable.

the therapist was great and receptionist too. The one bathroom sink was in complete disrepair and the sound system sounds terrible. Warped and creepy and I think they have had the same playlist for 10+ years. This is not a cheap place to get a massage and not have day spa amenities and the bathroom and sound system are not a good look at all.

Massage therapist and esthetician were wonderful, customer service was amazing. We noticed a few differences in the way we were treated by front desk. Particularly the differences they made between the white customers and us (non-white) patrons. It’s unfortunate but very much what we experienced. They have a lot to learn. I mean if they’re going to be racist, they should at least be discreet.

The appointment was scheduled for 5:15. I arrived at 5:00. I wasn’t taken back until 5:20, and was completely finished by 5:10. That is NOT a 60 minute massage.

Eduardo is the best!!

Love the provider and her service but the front desk seemed distracted and not awesome
