When I go to a massage and spend that much money, I would like to feel relaxed/relieved of discomfort. They had me multiple times during making the appointment and check in to give specific areas. All the time was spent on these areas, without working the others. I added a scalp massage and it seemed to take time away from my massage time. I thought with the extra cost it would add time to the appointment. Then during checkout, seemed a little aggressive to sign up.

When I called to reschedule as I was sick unfortunately it was the same day. The call center person was rude and said the free add on they gave me for the facility cancelling my appointment previously was being taken away. Sorry but I will not come in when I’m sick, that is very rude to do to the employees and staff. It wasn’t my fault your establishment cancelled my appointment previously

I would have preferred to have more quiet time during the massage. The therapist was very friendly and did a fantastic job but kind of chatty.

60min massages are closer to 40-45min And not loving the service fee on the new tipping software.

The therapist talked way too much. She kept asking me questions about things that had nothing to do with the massage. She gave me her work history and just kept talking. And there was no music in the room. So while the massage was good, the experience wasn't relaxing

My therapist left so tried a new one. Was not what I was expecting as far as relaxing. At some points it felt like therapist may not have been paying too much attention to doing the massage as there was no pressure at all sometimes. Therapist was nice but will continue to try new therapists to find the right one for me. Thanks!

This location is charging a $200 membership fee for new costumers!! Not acceptable

I have had good experiences at Hand and Stone. I enjoy when I go but it's often a chore to set it up and get to appointments with the membership. I live a ways away. I like to just go when I want to go.

I was only satisfied. Highly is a bit much as your prices for everything are a bit much.

This is a low end atmosphere for a high price. I’m there every other week on average and no one knows me. Try higher end linens and a remodel. Add an area for relaxation prior or post. Tell other staff to be quiet and respect those who are trying to relax during session. Make sure all the rooms are the same temp. One time it was 60 degrees in my room. I was so cold, I could not relax. When I told the front desk they said “next time tell them you want the table heated”. IT WAS HEATED.
