Everything I was not highly satisfied with is the way employees at the call center answer the phone including not giving the company name. Employees also not required to have a quiet space to answer phones. There should be no reason that it is so difficult to make an appointment because you can’t hear.

Everything was good the massage the therapist. The only thing was that when I was done and getting ready to leave the girl asked me if I was interested in getting a membership and I said no thank you. She asked me why I didn’t want to get a membership. I just felt very uncomfortable and pressured.

The therapist did not ask me about my level of comfort with the pressure applied during my visit. It wasn’t super uncomfortable but it also was not relaxing. I was sore for 1-2 days following my massage in the areas that were focused on. During the massage I was visibly tense several times and the question was never asked about my comfort. I’m use to deeper pressures but this was my first visit back after several weeks away

The only complaint I have is that while in the massage room, I can hear noise from the store next door. People talking loud and other noise.

You used to massage hands and arm during a facial. I really miss that.

I’m a 66 year old male and this was my first massage so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Marlon my masseuse explained the process and was very good at asking how I felt throughout the process. When the massage was completed I felt more relaxed then before the massage. My biggest complaint is actually more due to the situation my wife encountered. I only agreed to the massage as my wife is a member and had a facial scheduled for the same time. Unfortunately her masseuse called off that day. I understand the situation that if I would have cancelled for whatever reason there would have a been a cancellation due and wonder why there isn’t a similar compensation for members who have planned there day only to be told their appointment can’t be honored. As I mentioned an to be clear this is no reflection on Marlon or the service he provided!

I have been receiving services there every 3 weeks for 18 months. There has never been a time where someone remembered who I was or greeted me by name when I walked in the shop. I always have to say my name and my appointment time when I walk up to the check in counter as if they have never seen be before.

Not happy that ownership has raised pricing 50% over the last year. 10-20% of my appts over the last year have been cancelled or re-scheduled, yet continually reminded that I will be charged if I cancel my appt.
