The esthetician cancelled 5 minutes prior to my appointment and I had to wait an hour for another appointment. No one offered me compensation for having to wait. I would think proper customer service would warrant a free additional service at least.

The massage was pleasant and relaxing. I look forward to the next visit.

The receptionist's aggressiveness in attempting to sell me a bundle made me extremely uncomfortable. I was required to tell her three times that I was not interested, and each time she persisted in asking why. I understand that she must promote this package, but it left a bad taste in my mouth after a pleasant facial. I believe that if a customer states no twice, that should suffice. Aside from that, no complaints.

I was satisfied with the service. However, there was some miscommunication between my aesthetician and me about the upgrades. The manager Sarah was very accommodating and provided a reasonable solution.

The ambiance of the waiting room, massage room, bathroom, etc. isn’t very nice. However, Andria is so great and her expertise keeps me coming back - she’s the best.

The facial I received was missing steps that are usually a part of the service. The use of the steamer, toner, solution before extractions, shoulder massage during mask. The facial ended early.

I think this location is in need of an update. It’s looking tired in the lobby from the old chairs to the esthetician beds are very uncomfortable. The music is definitely not for a spa environment. Spa music should be beautiful sounds not bring back bad or good memories of top 40 . Music is an important part of relaxation.

I had s new estetician who was nice but not sure she was super knowledgeable in her services. I have had better in the past who have made recommendations on my skin. she was average
