I think for what you get your fees are to high as well as the add ons I feel are way too high feels like an up sale everytime and hard to get in with same person or anyone unless you book weeks ahead and then something happened you can't go and your face with more weeks

I hsve been generally satisfied with Hand and Stone. Compared to other massages and facials I have had I can only rate these as OK.

I could hear the reception ladies talking and laughing while I was being massaged and the music in the waiting area and the room was muffled… but it was decent experience

When I didn’t sign up for the monthly package. The receptionist became rude. I was leaving a tip and wanted to know the name of the lady I was working with. She totally ignored me, took the envelope without me finishing and said you’re good to go very very unprofessional.

I attempted to make an appt for almost a week (called and left 3 VMs) prior to having to complete it in person due to lack of response of my calls.

It is very expensive and they charge you for every little thing. I am never made aware of points I accumulated. It is always hard to reach someone and my facility has a high turn over rate with new people always at the location.

I prefer a light scented oil I think a 60 minute massage should not include other set up things should be the full 60 min Pricing should be a bit lower seems a bit high for a first visit As far as the appearance needed some upgrading Overall my experience was good Make sure you have the right client before taking them back to the massage room

The steam machine has been down for about a month! Unacceptable that it has not been addressed in a timely manner! Not addressing members concerns!

My face had MANY little white pustules for 4 days. The skin on my CHEEKS is very rough and dry. My face was redder than usual for several days. JUST NOT what I was expecting.
