A little discomfort with facial. Pricing is high.

This new thing with charging for a "deep" tissue message. It seems like some random upcharge to swindle more money for the same service. The massage I received was no where near what I would consider a deep tissue message. There was no prompt for this, wasn't covered anywhere until I'm checking out. I've had other sessions with more pressure without this charge as well. If you're going to charge for this, there needs to be a prompt from the therapist that we're crossing some arbitrary threshold of pressure.

It was my first massage in a lot of years, so I’m just getting back to what I should be getting nothing against my therapist because she was wonderful

The receptionist made me fill out paperwork when I already filled it out online. She also called me 2 hours before my visit to tell me that I scheduled the wrong time, but I selected the only times available that were posted online. After my first appointment, I left, because the receptionist told me to return at another time, just to receive a phone call from the therapist asking where I was, because she had me down at a different time. The receptionist made the process very confusing. The receptionist also tried to charge me for aromatherapy but the therapist did not use aromatherapy.

Cost was high

Wanted more firm pressure on specific area. Therapist didn’t focus on area. Continued to give my overall body massage

They have informed me they will no longer be doing 90 minute massages on the weekends. This is ridiculous. I am a nurse who works long hours Monday through Friday and am rarely available except.on weekends. I feel 50 minute massages are a waste of time.

I was satisfied with the facial but it was quite different than what I had before

My massage gal, Martha, is very knowledgeable. I am walked nag because of her.

I had requested a hot stone massage but that was apparently not entered into the system so I was unable to receive a hot stone massage.
