No one at front desk when I walked in. No paper towels in bathroom

It took a while to schedule the appointment over the phone. The music was not to my liking. The therapist did not consult with me afterwards about future services.

"Highly satisfied" in my book would be above and beyond service at a more luxurious spa. "Satisfied" to me means expectations were, more or less, met.

Requested firm pressure - did not feel it was firm enough

The massage itself was great but unfortunately the warm towels used during my session left my skin smelling of mildew/mold. I would prefer not having the towels used at all to smelling of mildew the rest of the day before my evening shower.

I booked a 90 minute massage. My therapist was 15 minutes late taking me back and started it at 6:20 and completed at 7:29. Because he was late, I only got a part of what I paid for.

Maggie therapist was great. I am not satisfied I have to pay extra fee for deep tissue massage. Other places do not charge this as an extra fee, it is part of cost for a general massage.

My facial was great. My massage therapist wasn't the most welcoming. There was a 1on 1 being administratored with the door open and it was weird waiting while listening.

I don't like the chairs where I have to put my clothes.

Unfortunately, the massage therapist I saw on this day seemed to be unhappy and it showed during our appointment. It made me feel uncomfortable. There was a huge difference in her attitude behind closed doors and at the front desk. I will not booked with her again. She was just probably having a bad day but she doesn't get to do that when I am paying to come in and relax.
