The staff is very friendly and attentive. The esthetician is knowledgeable and offered appropriate services without making me feel like she was “selling” to me. Overall it’s always been a great experience there.

My local Hand & Stone has very good employees, both front desk and especially the therapists! I especially appreciated my last session as the therapist listened to every word I said, and requests, and used some amazing techniques. I’ve had back issues and extremely tight muscles for many years, but Armando did an excellent job in locating the most needed areas and I was relaxed for almost the rest of the day. That is much better and longer than I usually maintain the relaxation and I would highly recommend Armando to anyone looking for a very caring, respectful therapist who gives an amazing massage to give the client the best relief possible.

I appreciate that my massage therapist listens to what I need and aims to provide relief in those areas. I can relax and know I am in good hands. It fits into my schedule.

The esthetician Kenzie is wonderful! She is friendly and knowledgeable. I really enjoy my facials with her.

Melissa did a great job. This was the best massage that I’ve had in months. I left very relaxed.

The staff is terrific. I always feel welcomed and appreciated. My disappointment is with the sink faucets. They are in terrible shape and need replacement. I have mentioned this in the past to staff members but they are not the personnel to make that replacement...maybe a handyman. The floor in the restroom needs to be washed more frequently. I wiped a few drops of water with a paper towel and the paper was black. Also a little tidying up with things like the removal of dead leaves from the plants and a broken unwrapped mint in the candy jar would really make the reception area look so much nicer. Handyman and cleaning person needed. I appreciate the much needed replacement of the welcome mat but it should receive a sweeping more often.
