We have been members for many years now. But regardless of that, the availability to get a monthly massage seems almost impossible anymore due to constant turnover at H&S and or therapists calling in sick etc etc. I think you have the ability to hide behind the Covid excuse (which you shouldn't since it is in the past) and I would quit if I could be reimbursed all of the credits that we both have on our account!

The receptionists ignored me when I walked in. My therapist came out to get me. When I left the receptionist tried to force me to get the plan which I clearly stated I did not want.

Highly satisfied with my therapist. I think that paying more for a deep tissue massage is ridiculous. No one else does that.

I've noticed a positive change with the front-desk staff over the last six months. The current front-desk team is significantly more friendly and attentive. I'd especially like to recognize Jenn for her exemplary service and refreshing attitude. During my most recent visit, I had a facial which I hadn't had in some time. While I think Lindsay is friendly, lovely and professional — and provided a relaxing facial, I think it might be of added value for her to add attention to the neck and décolletage as well as a hand massage, especially during a mask treatment (as these are fairly standard facial inclusions). Julie performed my massage which was one of the best, most relaxing I've ever had! Great work, Goodyear H&S! Keep up the good work.

Perhaps the masseuse could have used a little bit more oil. It's not what I was expecting, but my experience was good.

I am never really sure where I stand with my membership payments, free massages with points and my massage services. I would very much like a statement for the year showing my payments, charges, etc. I keep getting emails that I am due a free massage. It makes me think that I have been charged rather than being credited for the free service I have been asked for. This is all a front desk/accounting issues. My therapist is the best!

This visit went fine. Because the appoint is usually cancelled, I never expect to get a massage.

I believe I paid for a 90 min massage (but not positive). My appointment time was 5p and I was done before 630p.

I would like to say Thank you to Sam massage therapist! He is very friendly and does a great job! He should be the Top Massage Therapist for Hand and Stone for this location! I need to ask to improve the Website to make online appointments. I still can't make online appointments and get points. It's a problem right now! I hope the management and IT department will fix this issue!
