Hand and Stone

I did not like how long it took them to get back to me to make a appointment. I called around 4pm and got the answering service but was not called back until after 10am the next day. Then when I did get a call back it took forever to book a appointment. I’m pretty easy anytime in the morning. This was the worst experience I have had at this hand and stone and I hope it changes soon. It should never take that long to return a phone call especially during business hours.

I was told I would get the hot stones and I did. But it wasn't applied as much to the right side where the pain is the worst.

My therapist is very limited on days/times. She is amazing though. The front desk, Raeana, is very rude and condescending to her coworker. She was constantly correcting her and just putting her down. She was obviously new and training. Just overall bossy and not encouraging in a training environment. The gal training was very polite.

I came for a massage and rated him highly satisfied. The remaining questions bout the receptionist, booking, cleanliness, etc. are not as important to me. Therefore I was satisfied with the overall experience.

We keep getting overcharged and had to go in four times re this. Now I tell them before they print out the charges. I shouldn't have to do this. I told the receptionist that I had an email for a free massage, and she wasn't sure how to find the info. She asked if I printed off the email. When I said I hadn't, she told me to print it off for the next time. I shouldn't have to print off the email. That info should be in my file. I've been a member for about 5 years.

I am overall satisfied but frustrating that therapist s are constantly changing. Also 90 minutes turned out to be 75 minutes actual massage time

I'm not happy that there is an extra $25 fee for deep tissue massage. Seems very inappropriate. New owner seems to be nickel & diming. Constant reminder that I will be charged if I don't show up for my appointment. I have been a member for years, and I don't need to be reminded of that. I have common courtesy.

I didn’t have a bad experience, sometimes it just takes a while to find a therapist that really can help with what you need. It was my first visit and I had a good time and my therapist was sweet, sometimes it just takes a while to get what you want when you are starting with new therapists.
