I don’t expect to pay up charge for stones at a place named Hand & Stone. Nor was I asked If I would pay. I was asked about deep tissue which was on/off pressure. If I am not saying it’s too much I don’t need to be asked every 5 minutes if pressure is okay. I don’t want desk assuming I want my next massage with same person- it puts me in an awkward place. As I want to try others and see if I can find someone who is what I am looking for & someone who addresses the issues without giggling and talking the entire time

The sales pitch at the end while checking out. Stating there was a 200 enrollment fee and when I said I wouldn’t pay it, it was “waived.” I didn’t like the tactic. Seemed shady, as if you’re trying to get the money and take advantage of a sucker that would pay it. I also had the CBD oil used and wasn’t told until afterward that it contained a small percentage of THC. I work in Law enforcement and it would have been nice to know that ahead of time. I also don’t agree that add on services are put into your overall appointment time. I was interested in a foot scrub but didn’t want to take that time off of my massage.

I did not like feeling pressured by receptionist to book next appointment and/or sign up for a membership. It felt too "salesman" like and took away from the relaxation I went for. The receptionist was very professional and friendly, I just did not like the idea of trying to be sold extra things when I was there for a relaxing massage.

My massage therapist was awesome! The down fall is after feeling relax the sale pressure afterward the massage was awful Although I explained about long work hours & cannot commit I had to turn down the front desk rep down 4x because she continue to add pressure on signing up monthly etc. During the massage you can hear a loud conversation from another room over the music .. it was 3-4 females at the front desk having different personal conversations while customers in the waiting area

I did not like the hard sell to sign up for a membership. I had to tell the receptionist/sales person four times "no" before she finally processed my payment. I will not return.

Previous facials were better with past employees who have left! Good facial but not fantastic

I was satisfied but feel they need to get more therapists so that i can get in instead of having to wait so long. I have been to other massage facilities and there welcome area should be separate from the reception area. It feels to congested.

It is very difficult to get an appointment. My massage therapist left your employment and I had to wait a month to get rescheduled after she cancelled one other previous appointment. I rescheduled with someone else then got a call she would not be there on that day. It was very noisy during my massage. There was a man speaking loudly and women laughing loudly which were employees in the back area.

My name was not corrected which I addressed during the initial check-in process. I felt pressured to sign-up for more visits at check-out. I would consider if some of the sign-up fees were removed as I am interested in a monthly facial. I did enjoy the facial and the staff was very nice.
